Correction: In the final terms attached to the notification on material event, dated 8 September 2026 the issue price rather than the aggregate nominal amount of the bonds was indicated. Thus, the amended and restated final terms, specifying the aggregate nominal amount of the bonds issued (EUR 1,038,000), are attached to this notification.
