Singularity Guo Feng (01280): Xu Jing was appointed as company secretary and authorized representative

Zhitong Finance App News, Singularity Guo Feng (01280) announced that Ms. Zheng Xuci (Ms. Zheng) has resigned as the Company Secretary and will no longer act as the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Exchange) Securities Listing Rules with effect from September 10, 2026.

Ms. Xu Jing (Ms. Xu) has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative with effect from September 10, 2026.

As Ms. Xu was appointed as the company secretary as an external service provider, Ms. Zhu Jiaojiao has been appointed as the main contact person between Ms. Xu and the Company to coordinate and assist Ms. Xu in handling the company's corporate governance matters.
