According to the “Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China”, on September 25, 2025, the Ministry of Commerce issued Notice No. 52 of 2025, deciding to open an anti-dumping investigation against imported pecans from Mexico and the United States. In view of the complexity of this case, the Ministry of Commerce decided to extend the investigation period of this case until March 25, 2027, in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of the “Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China”.
