A comprehensive national computing network hub has been built, a national Internet backbone in Wuhan has been expanded and upgraded, key functional facilities in the national data infrastructure and a new national Internet exchange center have been completed and put into operation; the service capabilities of the country's top nodes for industrial Internet logo analysis and the “Spark Chain Network” blockchain supernode have continued to increase; the computing power scale exceeds 100,000 pFlops, and a national computing power network has been built. A comprehensive national data element pilot zone has been built, the data infrastructure system is more complete, and a regional data element market with active supply and demand, smooth circulation, and safe and controllable regional data element markets have been built, forming a number of “data element ×” demonstration scenarios.
