Saudi Arabia's Annual Industrial Production Falls 8.1% in July

02:09 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's industrial production index declined 8.1% year over year in July, following a 16.3% drop in June, data from the General Authority for Statistics showed Thursday. The decrease was mainly driven by lower mining, quarrying and manufacturing activities. On a monthly basis, the index rose 10.4%.
