Shareholders OK WISeKey International's Redomiciliation Plan to British Virgin Islands

01:39 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International (WIHN.SW) said Thursday that its shareholders approved its proposal to transfer its registered headquarters to the British Virgin Islands from Switzerland. The redomiciliation will be carried out through the merger between the Swiss security and encryption services company and the British Virgin Islands business company WISeKey International Corp., with the latter as the surviving company and the publicly traded parent company of the group. Shareholders approved the transaction during the company's extraordinary general meeting held on Wednesday.
