01:26 AM EDT, 09/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kuwait's Court of Appeals rejected Agility Public Warehousing (DFM:MKHZN), or Makhazen's, claim over the continued contractual relationship for the 150,000 square-meter Sulaibiya expansion site. The court ruled in favor of the Public Authority for Industry and confirmed the termination of the lease contract, the Dubai-listed supply chain services company said Thursday. The company was directed to vacate the site and turn it over to the Public Authority for Industry. It was also ordered to pay 2.5 million Kuwaiti dinars for the period from July 15, 2019, to Sept. 30, 2024, plus 43,151 dinars per month until the site is handed over. Makhazen said the ruling will result in the loss of about 1.4 million dinars in annual revenue generated under the contract, adding that it plans to challenge the decision before the Court of Cassation.
