Zhitong Finance App News, Jinxin Reproduction (01951) issued an announcement. Relying on its existing clinical and reproductive medicine capabilities, the Group plans to further develop a translational medicine platform focusing on women's health. The platform will combine the Group's existing innovation center, genetic testing center, subsidiary research platform, clinical network and reproductive medicine expertise to promote the transformation of research results into clinical application.

The platform aims to connect unmet clinical needs and patient cohorts to scientific research, disease models, preclinical assessments, clinical studies, and (where applicable) clinical transformation. Initial areas of focus are expected to include ovarian aging, ovarian hypofunction, and other diseases related to reproductive and women's health. The platform is still in its early stages and is an extension of the Group's existing capabilities; assisted reproduction and related medical services will remain the Group's core business.

As far as the platform is concerned, the Group has entered into the following external cooperation arrangements.

A. Concluding a memorandum of research cooperation with Professor Ji

The group recently signed a memorandum of research cooperation with Professor Ji Weizhi. According to this, the two sides agreed to explore cooperation in the fields of reproductive and developmental biology, regenerative medicine, disease models, and translational medicine. Initial areas of concern include ovarian aging, ovarian hypofunction, and other reproductive and women's health-related diseases. Non-human primate models can be considered as part of specific research projects where there is scientific evidence. Any specific project is subject to further scientific evaluation and is subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Professor Ji is an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, President of the Chinese Stem Cell Society, and Director and Distinguished Professor of the Primate Translational Medicine Research Institute at Kunming University of Science and Technology. He has extensive experience in reproductive and developmental biology, regenerative medicine, and nonhuman primate disease models.

B. Framework cooperation agreements on animal resources for research use and reproductive capacity

The Group recently signed a framework cooperation agreement with a partner with relevant animal resources and breeding capabilities for research. According to the agreement, the two sides agreed to explore cooperation on animal resources for research, reproductive capacity, and the construction of research cohorts suitable for biomedical research.

The proposed collaboration will explore whether the Group's assisted reproductive technology and reproductive medicine expertise can contribute to reproductive management, reproductive efficiency and related pre-clinical research infrastructure, subject to applicable laws and regulations, and where appropriate, making further project-specific arrangements.

Overall, the Group's existing resources and the above cooperative arrangements aim to form an integrated path to connect its clinical network, patient resources, innovation centers, genetic testing centers and ancillary research platforms with external scientific, pre-clinical and clinical research capabilities.

Through this model, the Group aims to participate more widely in the incubation, validation and clinical transformation of selected innovative drugs, diagnoses and treatments, and broaden the accessibility of clinical research opportunities. The platform will gradually develop according to the project in a prudent manner. At this stage, it mainly relies on existing facilities, networks, R&D resources and external cooperation, and will not carry out capital-intensive infrastructure construction.

The platform and the above arrangements are still in their early stages. These arrangements are a general framework and do not require the Group to undertake any specific research, clinical or commercial project, nor do they involve significant capital expenditure. Any project is subject to further evaluation, the conclusion of a formal agreement, and the obtaining of applicable regulatory and ethical approvals. There is no guarantee that any project will advance to clinical development or commercialization, and it is currently anticipated that there will be no significant impact on the Group's revenue, profits, or cash flow in the near future.
