Veteran IT and security leader will build on Omega's momentum serving healthcare, financial services and other regulated organizations
READING, Pa., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Omega Systems, a leading provider of managed IT and cybersecurity services to healthcare, financial services and other highly regulated industries, today named Bill Wosilius as its new Chief Executive Officer. Wosilius will lead the company's next phase of growth, building on Omega's momentum and expanding the value it delivers to organizations operating in complex, highly regulated environments.

He succeeds Mike Fuhrman, who led Omega Systems since 2023 through a period of significant expansion, including two strategic acquisitions, three consecutive appearances on CRN's Triple Crown list of leading managed IT providers and an investment from Revelstoke Capital Partners in 2025.
Wosilius brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the cybersecurity and IT services industries. He most recently served as an operating advisor to several private equity firms investing in IT and cybersecurity businesses, following five years as CEO of NexusTek. Under his leadership, NexusTek successfully integrated nine acquisitions and expanded into a leading national managed IT and cybersecurity platform. Prior to NexusTek, Wosilius led the technology solutions line of business for Optiv Security, the largest pure-play cybersecurity systems integrator in the world. Over his career, he has led technology services organizations through organic growth, strategic acquisitions and disciplined operational execution, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and service delivery.
"The expectations for managed service providers are changing fast, especially in highly regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services," said Wosilius. "Customers don't want to manage IT, cybersecurity and compliance as three separate conversations. They want a partner who understands how they all fit together and can help them make better decisions, operate more efficiently and reduce risk. That combination is where Omega Systems has built a real advantage, and I'm excited to join the team and expand the value we can deliver to regulated organizations as their needs continue to evolve."
"Omega has earned a reputation in the managed services market for pairing deep technical expertise with a genuine commitment to its customers," said Andrew Welch, Partner at Revelstoke Capital Partners. "We're grateful to Mike for his leadership over the past three years and for the strong momentum he helped create. Bill brings the experience and customer-first mindset to build on that progress, and his track record of scaling IT and cybersecurity businesses makes him the right leader for Omega's next chapter. We're confident in his ability to expand the company's impact while strengthening the customer relationships and service excellence that have made Omega successful."
