According to Zhitong Finance App, Haimo Technology (300084.SZ) announced that Ningbo Xinyue Journey Energy Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder of the company, plans to transfer 5% of the company's shares to the actual controller Fan Zhonghua, at a share transfer price of 240 million yuan; and transfer 5.8% of the company's shares to the actual controller, Yang Baohe, who acted in concert with the actual controller, at a share transfer price of 278 million yuan. The total number of shares covered above is 59.261,000 shares (10.8% of the company's total share capital). This change in equity will not result in a change in the controlling shareholder or actual controller of the company.
