The company plans to grant a total of 5 million stock options to incentive recipients, accounting for about 2.9% of the company's total share capital when the draft incentive plan was announced. Of these, 4 million shares were granted for the first time, and 1 million shares were reserved for the first time. The exercise price for initial and reserved stock options is 30.88 yuan/share.
