(hereinafter referred to as “Guangdong Haopeng”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to sign a “partnership agreement” with Shenzhen Times Bole Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Times Bole”), Huizhou Zhongkai Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongkai Venture Capital”), and Huizhou Industrial Investment and Development Parent Fund Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Huizhou Industrial Parent Fund”). The total amount of investment pledged to the Industrial Fund was RMB 581 million, of which Guangdong Haopeng, as a limited partner, pledged RMB 300 million with his own or self-raised funds, accounting for 51.64% of the Industrial Fund's pledged capital.
