Wison International (01340): Luo Mingsheng Resigns as Independent Non-Executive Director

On the same day, independent non-executive director Mr. Huang Ruilin was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; Ms. Cheung Tsui Cheung, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Investment and Treasury Committee; and Dr. Wang Guiping, an independent non-executive director, was appointed as the chairman of the Nomination Committee.
