Yuneng Holdings (001896.SZ) plans to raise capital of its subsidiary Lushan by 340 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Yuneng Holdings (001896.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to increase the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Lushan Yuneng Pumped Storage Co., Ltd. (“Lushan Savings”) by 340 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Lushan's savings will increase from 960 million yuan to 1.3 billion yuan. The company's capital increase can effectively guarantee that the construction of the 1,300MW Lushan Pumped Storage Power Station project progresses in an orderly manner, providing strong support for the company's continued development, and is in line with the company's overall development strategy.
