Shareholders of Elephant Holding Group (08635) with a total market value of HK$19845 million have deposited 63 million shares into Yuanku Securities

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on September 8, Elephant Holding Group (08635) changed positions, with a total market value of HK$19845 million, accounting for 11.6%. The company's shareholders deposited 63 million shares into Yuanku Securities, increasing their shareholding ratio by 11.6%.

Elephant Holding Group (08635) announced that all conditions set out in the placement agreement have been fulfilled and completed on August 25, 2026. All 63 million placed shares have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at a placement price of HK$0.19 per share. The 63 million placed shares account for approximately 11.60% of the issued share capital of the company which expanded through allotment and issuance of placement shares immediately after completion.
