The shareholders of Tianren Group (01429) with a total market value of HK$62.72 million deposited 320 million shares into Chaosheng Capital

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Tianren Group (01429) changed positions on September 8, with a total market value of HK$62.72 million, accounting for 16.67%. The company's shareholders deposited 320 million shares into Chaosheng Capital, increasing their shareholding ratio by 4.75%.

On September 8, Tianren Group issued an announcement that all the conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement matters were completed on September 8, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. A total of 320 million placed shares (equivalent to 20% of the Company's issued share capital immediately prior to completion, and approximately 16.67% of the Company's issued share capital expanded by allocating and issuing the placed shares) have been successfully placed to no less than 6 undertakers at a placement price of HK$0.101 per placed share.
