Lay out a new green energy circuit, accelerate the industrialization development and commercialization of hydrogen energy, promote technical verification, demonstration application and industrialization of multiple energy storage routes such as solid-state batteries, develop next-generation photovoltaic technology, and continue to expand the wind power equipment and smart grid industry. Promote collaboration between energy saving and carbon reduction and comprehensive energy services, develop smart energy management, energy-efficient equipment and heat pump industries, and enhance service capabilities related to carbon emission management such as monitoring, accounting, certification and evaluation, and market transactions. Promote the transformation and upgrading of the environmental protection industry, promote the transformation of environmental management enterprises into system solution providers, and promote the development of emerging solid waste resource recycling industries such as waste power batteries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
