Renew Holdings Chair to Step Down; Chair Designate Named

03:26 AM EDT, 09/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Renew Holdings (RNWH.L) Chair David Brown will step down from the board at the end of the British engineering services group's annual general meeting on Jan. 27, 2027. Brown will be succeeded by Pete Raby, who will become chair designate effective Oct. 5, according to a Wednesday release. Raby is currently a nonexecutive director at construction and infrastructure products company Hill & Smith (HILS.L) and aerospace and security technology company Chemring Group (CHG.L).
