The Zhitong Finance App learned that Chinese home appliance retailer Jingrui Wangpu (JRWP.US) re-submitted an initial public offering (IPO) application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday. The company applied for a listing to raise US$6 million in March 2025, and the application expired in July 2026.

The Hangzhou-based company now plans to issue 6.3 million shares at a price of 4 to 6 US dollars each, raising about 31 million US dollars. At the midpoint of the proposed range, the company's market capitalization would reach $131 million. The company applied to issue 1.3 million shares in the same price range to raise $6 million.

The company is engaged in wholesale and retail of home appliances through operating entities in China. The products include air conditioners, refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers. In the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company sold 28,500 home appliances, an increase of 10% over the previous year.

Established in 2002, Jingrui Wangpu achieved revenue of 14 million US dollars within the 12 months ending March 31, 2026. The company plans to be listed on the NASDAQ under the stock code “JRWP,” and Eddid Securities is the sole bookkeeper for this offering.
