The Zhitong Finance App learned that Lenovo Group (00992) rose nearly 6%. As of press release, it had risen 5.86% to HK$32.14, with a turnover of HK$2.15 billion.

According to the news, recently, the three major AI server vendors have successively handed over financial reports that have exceeded expectations, sending a positive signal that demand for AI servers is still growing rapidly. Among them, Lenovo's first-fiscal quarter results show that the company's AI business is growing rapidly and orders are plentiful. Its AI server reserve order increased sharply from 140 billion yuan in the previous fiscal quarter to 360 billion yuan. Revenue from AI-related businesses increased 60% year over year to 63.4 billion yuan, a record high.

Furthermore, CaiTong Securities's latest estimates show that even after fully considering the share capital dilution that may be brought about by the exercise of convertible bonds and warrants, Lenovo's FY2026/27 and FY2027/28 target prices still reached HK$58.6 and HK$72.2, respectively. There is potential room for growth of more than 90% and 140%, respectively, compared to the current stock price.
