The draft for comments suggests that depositor families have no unsettled housing fund loans in Hainan Province and can apply to withdraw their own and their spouse's housing provident fund for use in the family name of a home improvement package within Hainan Province. The same depositor can only apply for renovation withdrawal once every 10 years; the same housing unit is only allowed to handle the renovation withdrawal business once within 10 years. Depositor families apply for self-occupied housing renovation. The withdrawal amount is calculated and approved by multiplying the floor area of the house by 1,000 yuan/㎡, and the maximum withdrawal amount for households shall not exceed 150,000 yuan each time.
