Prisma Properties Signs Deal to Buy Fully Leased Danish Grocery Property

08:42 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Prisma Properties (PRISMA.ST) agreed to buy a fully leased grocery property in Værløse, Denmark, for 75.5 million Danish kroner, according to a Tuesday release. The property spans 3,300 square meters of leasable space and is leased to supermarket chain Coop Kvickly. The Nordic real estate company said the acquisition is expected to strengthen its exposure to the grocery and daily goods segment and boost its EPS by 0.58% compared with its latest interim report. The deal is expected to close on Sept. 15 as an asset transaction.
