The total dynamic investment of the project is 412 million yuan, with a capital ratio of 30%. The rest of the capital will be settled through bank loans. The project has been included in Henan Province's 2025 implementation plan for the coal power plant renovation and upgrading new energy project. It has been approved by the Ruzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission. The relevant approval procedures are being processed, and the construction period is 12 months.
