The controlling shareholder of Nanda Environmental (300864.SZ) plans to transfer some of the company's shares through public collection

According to the Zhitong Finance App, NTU Environment (300864.SZ) announced that after closing on September 8, 2026, the company received a notice from Southeast Capital as the holding stock to transfer no less than 15.00% of the company's total share capital, or no less than 238.656 million shares, through a public solicitation agreement with the transferee. The nature of the shares is all tradable shares with unlimited sales conditions. After the transfer is completed, NTU Capital will hold no more than 14.23% of the company's total share capital. This matter may result in changes in the controlling shareholders and actual controllers of the company.
