Based on the company's strategic development needs, in order to use the advantages of professional institutional resources to deepen the company's investment layout in the upstream and downstream areas of the industrial chain, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Meige Smart Investment Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “MeiG Smart Investment”) recently signed the “Suzhou Tianjixin Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership)” (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Tianjixin”) and 27 other limited partners partnership ) Partnership Agreement”. Participating in the investment of Suzhou Puhua Chenguang Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), all partners have pledged a total investment of RMB 1,057 billion. Of these, Meige Smart Investment, as a limited partner, plans to pledge an investment of RMB 30 million with its own funds, accounting for 2.84% of the total investment pledged by the partnership.
