Implement flagship species rescue operations, promote biodiversity restoration, promote habitat restoration and ecological scheduling, restore river connectivity, clear migration channels, and improve resource survey and monitoring systems. Optimize dynamic and accurate support mechanisms, and continue to ensure the placement of retired fishermen.
