Fuller Smith & Turner to Acquire 10 UK Pubs for GBP35 Million

03:07 AM EDT, 09/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fuller Smith & Turner (FSTA.L) agreed to acquire 10 pubs in the UK for 35.3 million pounds sterling, according to a Tuesday filing. The British pub and hotel operator will purchase the properties from pub operator Stonegate Group and an institutional property investment company. Nine of the sites are located in London, while one is in Bath. The purchase of the four freehold pubs is expected to close in September, while the remaining six leasehold purchases will complete on an asset-by-asset basis. The company plans to use existing debt facilities to fund the purchases.
