The leading production line for the 8-inch SiN platform in China has been built, and the yield has been greatly increased. In terms of technological breakthroughs, the performance of SiN waveguides and Si waveguides has reached the advanced level in the industry; the 12-inch superlens project has overcome technical difficulties and reached the leading level in the industry. In terms of mass production capacity, the yield of the leading 8-inch SiN platform mass production line in China increased dramatically. The production capacity of this production line reached 3,000 pieces/month during the reporting period.
