The ash column was about 500 meters high and lasted 32 seconds. The Indonesian Volcano Geological Disaster Mitigation Center agency reminds local residents and visitors not to enter dangerous areas within 2 km of the crater and within 3 km of the south and southeast direction, and to be wary of risks such as lava collapse, landslides, and volcanic debris flows.
