Saudi Exchange Sets Fluctuation Limits for Tawuniya's Capital Raise

05:34 AM EDT, 09/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Saudi Exchange set the fluctuation limits for the capital increase via bonus shares of The Co. for Cooperative Insurance (SASE:8010), d/b/a Tawuniya. The limits on Sunday will be based on the insurer's share price of 90.65 Saudi riyals, with outstanding orders canceled, according to a same-day notice. The Securities Depository Center, or Edaa, will deposit the additional shares into the portfolios of investors by Tuesday.
