Dari Mining became the second defendant involved in the case. The subject of the lawsuit is Decision No. 1437 of 2026, signed by the Minister of Environment/Director of Environmental Control of the Republic of Indonesia, the “Decision on the Environmental Feasibility of Dari Mining to Carry Out Lead-Zinc Mining Activities in SilimaPungga Township, Dari County, North Sumatra Province”. The lawsuit requests the defendant to suspend the execution of the Environmental Feasibility Decision No. 1437 2026; to rule that the Environmental Feasibility Decision approval is invalid or has no legal effect; to demand that the defendant rescind the environmental feasibility decision approval; and that the defendant bear the relevant litigation costs. Up to now, the environmental viability decision approval for the Darrui lead-zinc mine project is legal and valid. The matter has not had an impact on the company's operating performance, and there is still uncertainty about the final outcome of the lawsuit and the impact on the company's future business performance. The company believes that the impact of the Dari lead-zinc project on the environment has been fully analyzed and verified and approved by experts. Dari Mining will cooperate with the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia to actively respond to the lawsuit and resolutely protect the company's rights and interests.
