According to the “Notice of Termination”, since the partner party is based on the overall strategic layout and comprehensive consideration of pipeline priorities, after careful decision-making, the partner determined that it will independently promote the R&D, production and commercialization of the IMD-1005 project in the agreed area at this stage, and will not cooperate with third parties through external licensing. Due to the partner's aforementioned strategic adjustments, as of the disclosure date of this announcement, the entry into force conditions agreed upon in the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement License Agreement” have not been fulfilled, and progress on this cooperation has essentially been terminated.
