The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Haikou City issued a notice on certain measures to promote the steady and healthy development of the real estate market and introduced seven new property market policies, covering various topics such as settlement and purchase of houses, additional purchases for families with many children, “trade-in”, and adjustments to the scope of calculation of the number of units. Among them, it is proposed that in order to meet residents' housing needs such as employment, education, and health care, the calculation scope for the number of housing units owned by buyers was changed from the whole province to the city.
