At noon on September 4, in the East China Sea, about 115 nautical miles from Shanghai's Gaodong Heliport, a cargo ship lost power due to wind and waves. Eleven crew members were in distress. The East China Sea Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport dispatched rescue helicopters to rescue them. In the end, all 11 crew members in distress were rescued.
