Hubei Energy announced that the company and the Enshi State People's Government signed the “Deepening Cooperation Agreement” on September 4, 2026. The agreement is a framework document. During the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, the company plans to invest about 8 billion yuan in clean energy and upstream and downstream industrial chains in Enshi Prefecture to build scenic water storage and integrated energy projects. Among them, the Linxi River hydropower project plans a total investment of 2.08 billion yuan, a total installed capacity of 185,200 kilowatts, and a new energy project of 1 million kilowatts.
