China Overseas Hongyang Group (00081)'s cumulative contract sales for the first 8 months were 24.421 billion yuan, up 17.5% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Overseas Hongyang Group (00081) announced that in August 2026, CNOOC Hongyang Group achieved contract sales of RMB 2,348 billion and a contract sales area of 1991,000 square meters, up 10.1% year on year and down 2.0% respectively. From January to August 2026, cumulative contract sales were RMB24.421 billion and contract sales area of 2.0941 million square meters, up 17.5% and 12.3% year-on-year respectively. As of the end of August 2026, the total unsubscribed amount was RMB 575 million and the unsubscribed area was 44,400 square meters.

In August 2026, the Group added 5 new projects in Yunlong District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Ganzhou Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi Province, Xixiangtang District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Yaohai District, Hefei City, Anhui Province, and Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, with a total floor area of 635,000 square meters and a total land cost of RMB 2,623 billion. From January 1 to August 31, 2026, the Group added a total floor area of 1.28 million square meters, a total land cost of RMB 5.25 billion, an equity floor area of 1.28 million square meters, and an equity land cost of RMB 5.25 billion.

From January to August 2026, the Group acquired the remaining shares in two cooperation projects in Hefei, Anhui Province, at a total cost of RMB 104 million.
