From January to August 2026, a total of 23.275 billion kilowatt-hours of power generation was completed, a year-on-year decrease of 5.35%; of these, thermal power generation decreased by 5.93% year-on-year, hydropower generation increased 39.14% year-on-year, and new energy generation decreased 17.93% year-on-year.
