Eurocom announced the Investor Relations Activity Record Form. Data center power supplies have become the company's largest business segment. Among them, high-power server power supplies account for 82.38% of the business's revenue. In terms of overseas expansion, the company has reached cooperation with Google on GPU power supply projects for computing power devices, and is cooperating with customers to promote testing, small-batch and mass production. The specific pace is yet to be confirmed. At the same time, it has established cooperative relationships with AMD and Juniper, and is maintaining business contacts with mainstream server system companies such as Inventec and Renbao. In terms of product layout, 5.5 KW to 18.4 KW server power supplies and 33 KW to 110 KW centralized power supply products are planned around high power, third-generation semiconductor applications, and high-efficiency liquid cooling compatible designs. In terms of production capacity construction, the general and high-power server power supply lines at the Vietnamese production base have been completed. It is expected that small-batch production will be achieved by the end of 2026, and large-scale mass production will be achieved in 2027 to meet overseas order delivery; domestic Suzhou convertible bond raising projects will continue to be invested and production line construction will be completed as soon as possible to meet the expected mass production targets.
