Ferrexpo Plans to Raise $100 Million via Share Placing, Subscription

11:54 PM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ferrexpo (FXPO.L) intends to raise $100 million in gross proceeds through a placement and subscription offer of ordinary shares. The shares will be issued at 0.165 pound sterling apiece, the iron ore pellets producer said Thursday. Proceeds will be used to meet the company's immediate and short-term operational requirements over the next 18 months and to continue as a going concern.
