The Zhitong Finance App learned that Lenovo Group (00992) rose nearly 7% in early trading. As of press release, it rose 4.91% to HK$32.04, with a turnover of HK$1,598 billion.

According to the news, Lenovo's first-fiscal quarter results show that the company's AI business is growing rapidly and orders are plentiful. Its AI server reserve order increased sharply from 140 billion yuan in the previous fiscal quarter to 360 billion yuan. Revenue from AI-related businesses increased 60% year over year to 63.4 billion yuan, a record high, accounting for about 35% of the Group's overall revenue; AI service revenue increased 141% year over year. According to Open Source Securities, the sharp rise in AI server volume and price is driving simultaneous improvements in profitability, and industry chain dividends are expected to continue to be realized.

It is worth noting that the latest quarterly results of the world's top three AI server manufacturers, Lenovo Group, Dell, and HPE, have all exceeded expectations, and the biggest driving force is the rapid growth in AI server revenue and orders. Among them, the growth rate of Lenovo Group's server business has nearly doubled. Orders from the three major AI server manufacturers are rising at the same time, indicating that global AI capital expenditure is still expanding at an accelerated pace.
