Imperial Industrial Holdings (01950): Sun Fangyu and Qiu Chengsheng were appointed as independent non-executive directors

On September 3, 2026, Mr. Huang Zhenming and Ms. Zhou Xiaochun proposed to resign as independent non-executive directors due to their intention to spend more time on their other matters, effective from September 3, 2026.

Mr. Sun Fangyu and Mr. Qiu Chengsheng will be appointed as independent non-executive directors with effect from September 3, 2026.

Following the resignation of Mr. Wong Chun Ming and Ms. Zhou Xiaochun as independent non-executive directors, Mr. Au Hei Ching has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, while Mr. Qiu Chengsheng has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from September 3, 2026.
