Jiu Fulai (08611) appoints Lin Yingjun as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Jiufulai (08611) announced that Ms. Chen Lanzhi has resigned as an independent non-executive director and is no longer a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee in order to spend more time on his other work matters. It will take effect from September 3, 2026.

Since the same day, Ms. Lin Yingjun has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
