The Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand issued an announcement stating that in response to an application submitted by the Chinese exporter/manufacturer Guangdong Shengyu Xingda Metal Co., Ltd., it has initiated an anti-dumping new exporter review investigation against extruded aluminum materials originating in China. From the date of publication of this notice, Guangdong Shengyu Xingda Metal Products Co., Ltd. levied an anti-dumping deposit of 21.94% at CIF. The maximum period is one year or until the case is reviewed.
