*ST Konka A (000016.SZ): Plans to voluntarily terminate the suspension of trading of listed stocks

The company plans to voluntarily withdraw the listing transactions of A shares and B shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“Shenzhen Stock Exchange”) through a shareholders' meeting resolution, and apply for transfer to the delisting section managed by the National Small and Medium Enterprises Share Transfer System Co., Ltd. after the stock listing is terminated. Trading of the company's shares will be suspended from the opening of the market on September 4, 2026 (Friday) until the Shenzhen Stock Exchange delists the company's shares within 5 trading days after announcing the company's stock termination decision, and the listing of the company's shares is terminated; if the termination of listing is not reviewed and approved by the shareholders' meeting, the company will apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to resume trading of shares from the date the shareholders' meeting resolution is announced (September 15, 2026).
