Rosebank Industries' Loss Widens in H1; Revenue Returns

02:26 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rosebank Industries (ROSE.L) said Thursday that its loss widened in the first half, while revenue returned year over year. Loss attributable to owners of the parent for the six months ended June 30 was $52 million, compared with $42 million earlier. Loss per share moved to $0.072 from $2.087. On the other hand, adjusted profit was $74 million and adjusted EPS was $1.03, compared with the year-ago period's adjusted loss of $2 million and loss per share of $0.074. The British industrial company's revenue was $733 million, compared with no revenue a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared a first interim dividend of $0.021 per share for the period, payable Oct. 9 to shareholders on record Sept. 11. Looking ahead, the group expects adjusted EPS for full-year 2026 to surpass current market expectations.
