Ziyuan (08223) transferred a total market value of HK$2006.74 million, accounting for 23.29% of the total transfer market value of 119 million shares from CITC Fuhui Securities

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 1, Ziyuan (08223) had a position change. The total market value of the transfer was HK$20067,400, accounting for 23.29%. The company's shareholders transferred 119 million shares to Qingshi Securities (Hong Kong) and 119 million shares from China Cefuhui Securities.

Ziyuan announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with total revenue of 94.416 million yuan (RMB, same below), a year-on-year decrease of 53.63%; profit attributable to company owners was 5.771 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 14.57%; and basic profit per share was 1.24 points.
