Hyperspectral imaging can identify materials and components through spectral information unique to materials, and is an important technology in remote sensing monitoring, industrial inspection, etc. Recently, the research team at Beijing Institute of Technology pioneered a new method for on-chip spectral calculation, integrating spectral analysis originally performed by a large server into portable devices to enable on-site real-time processing of hyperspectral information. The relevant results were recently published in the international academic journal “Science”.
