11:55 AM EDT, 09/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Berenberg on Tuesday confirmed Ackermans & van Haaren's (ACKB.BR), or AvH's, buy rating as analysts took note of the "strong momentum" across the company's portfolio following its first-half results. The Belgian investor reported a first-half net profit of 339.6 million euros, up 24% year over year, driven by "outstanding results" from its core participations and a "clear improvement" in Growth Capital. "AvH raised its FY 2026 guidance to net profit growth of more than 10%, from roughly in line with 2025 previously. Consensus currently sits at around +2%, so we expect it to rise by roughly 8ppt towards the new guidance," the research firm said. "We expect another record year in 2026, followed by a likely transition year in 2027 on the current backlog before growth resumes, with the shift towards CfD-based offshore-wind auctions a key driver of future backlog." Berenberg left the stock's price target of 330 euros unchanged.
