Travel Orange Culture (08627): Cui Zijian was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, TravelOrange Culture (08627) announced that Dr. Huang Jianye (Dr. Huang) has resigned as an independent non-executive director on September 1, 2026 due to other personal and business commitments. Dr. Wong is no longer a member of the Company's Nomination Committee and the Company's Audit Committee. Following his resignation, Dr. Wong will no longer hold any position within the Group.

Mr. Cui Zijian (Mr. Cui) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee with effect from September 1, 2026 to replace Dr. Wong.
