Yiyatong Holdings, a shareholder of Yiyatong (002183.SZ), plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to Zhitong Finance App, Yiyatong (002183.SZ) announced that Shenzhen Yiyatong Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Yiyatong Holdings”), the shareholder holding 5% or more of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 25.969,900 shares through centralized bidding transactions within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure of the announcement, that is, no more than 1% of the company's total share capital.
